Did you know?
Copper structures the water, same as with brass and silver. Copper metal is very attuned to out bodies to strengthen us (and our aura). Without copper your ligaments cannot be connected and your brain cannot function.
Copper is really fascinating, because it can also let your plants grow faster and bigger (I refer to Electro-Culture).
It is a strong conductor and good for arthritis, osteoporosis, brain fog and grounding.
Drinking from copper cups recharges the body, cleanse out the gut lining, blocking radio frequencies which is demolishing the natural structure of water.
How to use your copper cups or bottle
If you store your drinking water in a glass carafe, you can pour it into the copper cup during the day and drink from it.
Though, the best and strongest results are obtained if the drinking water has been stored for 5-10 hours in a copper barrel or bottle. The recommended daily allowance of copper for adults is determined at 0.9 mg. This means that you can drink about two to three cups of water from a copper vessel or bottle to experience its benefits. Don’t overdo it, because then it can be harmful to your well-being. As with everything, find the right balance.
Copper:
– occurs naturally in the earth and is a good conductor of heat and electricity and plays a crucial role in our daily lives.
– is a powerful germ killer: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved copper as the first antimicrobial solid. It kills many harmful microbes, bacteria, yeasts and viruses on contact, due to the high electrical conductivity it disrupts the electrical balance in a bacterium/microbe and destroys it.
– is an essential mineral (found throughout the human body) needed to make red blood cells, keep your immune system healthy and act as an antioxidant to reduce free radicals that can damage your cells and DNA.
– works with zinc and vitamin A to produce collagen, elastin and other structural proteins in tendons and cartilage.
– stimulates iron absorption which is important for the production of hemoglobine, an oxygen-carrying protein.
– has a good anti-inflammatory effect and can be absorbed by the body through the skin.
Material
As a raw material, copper is not the strongest material because it is quite soft, but it is therefore also easy to work with. Because of this property, and because of its antimicrobial and healing properties and its good absorption through the skin, copper has been widely used for centuries in making jewelry and drinking cups, for example.

Handmade copper drinkware
Ayurveda has known for centuries the benefits of drinking water from a copper vessel or bottle. This water can help balance your body’s pH level. You can use a copper cup to drink your water from.
Copper is a trace element and is involved in the formation of connective tissue and bones and also ensures the proper functioning of the immune system.
Note: It is recommended to drink the water at room temperature. Copper water should not be stored in the refrigerator.
Copper drink ware is only suitable for water; do not use for other liquids and do not mix the water with herbs or fruits.
Cleaning tip: just with some lemon and a soft sponge.
