Here I show you a recipe when having a cold, or a flu. Based on all natural, anti-fungal, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory nutrients. Use as much as possible biological products here!
Ingredients:
– juice of 2 oranges
– 2-3 slices of pineapple (contains Bromelain, a natural anti-inflammatory)
– 1/2 small onion
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 2 teaspoons grated ginger
– 2 teaspoons Turmeric powder; or 4 teaspoons fresh grated – ( contains curcumin what is anti-inflammatory and reduces mucus)
– 1 tablespoon (or 2 teaspoons) cayenne pepper
– 2 pinches of grained black pepper (improves the blood flow and important for a good absorption of the curcumin from the turmeric)
– 2-4 soupspoons local raw organic Honey
Blender all this ingredients and keep it in the fridge in a closed container (because onion absorbs toxin from the air); use it within 3 days.
Dose: 2-3 soupspoons 3 times a day; 1-2 teaspoons 3 times a day for children (from age of 6).
