All about health and wellbeing

Artemisia Annua (Wormwood) is a magical wonder plant with numerous health-promoting effects and healing active ingredients. This herb is the natural precursor of Ivermectin, it contains the blood purifying substance Artemisinin.
The plant stems and leaves are bursting with healthy, valuable and biologically effective ingredients, there are more than 600 (!) valuable substances, which have been scientifically proven so far.
To name a few of the most important, for example:
Effects of Artemisia Annua tea
In particular, the tea of the medicinal plant, which has the widest spectrum of action, has the following effects:
Drink this herb 30 minutes before your meal
1 level teaspoon, possibly mixed with other herbs. Pour 200 ml (large mug) of water that has just boiled (80 degrees) and let it steep for 15-20 minutes, then filter. Or add 1-2 teaspoons to a pot of herbal tea of about one liter. Sweeten with honey or coconut blossom sugar. This way you hardly taste any of the bitter substances.
Be careful with the use of this herb if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
The world’s best-known application area for this medicinal plant is malaria, where it can be very effective. And because malaria is about the accumulation of iron-rich cells in the body, research has now shown that this is also possible in cancer cells. This is because cells affected by cancer also contain a lot of stored iron.
But not only with malaria and cancer is the annual mugwort an absolute miracle weapon, it also protects us against colds, flu viruses, inflammations and hospital germs. It can help with worm and parasite infestation, Lyme disease and all kinds of other infections. In addition, this medicinal plant cleanses our blood, intestines and internal organs. It keeps our immune system running and can even counteract diseases such as Alzheimer’s and dementia. An ‘All Purpose’ weapon that works with a wide range of effects and functions that mother nature has given us.

More about ingredients and properties
Proteins and Amino Acids such as:
Tryptophan, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Cystine, Phenylalanine, Tyrosine, Threonine, and Alanine.
Antioxidants such as:
Selenium, Polyphenols, Zinc, Rutin, Kaempferol, and Quercetin.
They prevent premature aging processes and strengthen the immune system.
They help against: allergies, high blood pressure and cholesterol levels, asthma, fatty liver, atherosclerosis, digestive problems, worms, parasites and fungal infections, diabetes, cancer and malaria.
They are: antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antitumor and antipyretic (fever-reducing).
They wage war against free radicals that attack and damage our cells! And that with an incredibly high ORAC value of 70,000!!! For comparison: our domestic blueberry is also considered a star among antioxidants, but blueberries can only boast ORAC values of 2,630.
ORAC stands for “Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity” and says something about the ability of a substance to render such free radicals (oxygen radicals) harmless.
Vitamins:
The vitamin E content in Artemisia Annua is particularly high at just under 23 milligrams per kilogram of the plant. The fat-soluble vitamin E prevents the development of heart disease, cancer and premature signs of aging. It protects against environmental toxins and anemia, promotes female fertility, ensures rapid wound healing, helps with immunodeficiency and nervous disorders of all kinds and in particular protects the fatty acids in the brain from oxidation caused by free radicals.
Fibers:
The Artemisia Annua also has a particularly high tissue and fiber content. It is slightly less than 65 grams per 100 grams of the plant. These fibrous substances ensure good intestinal flora and digestion, but also for a well-functioning immune system.
Essential Oils such as:
Camphor, Alpha-Pinene, Ketones, Menthol, Copaene, Caryophyllenes, Carene, Alpha-Terminen, Limonene, Eucalyptus Oil, and Alpha-Terpineol.
Trace elements and minerals:
Manganese, Zinc, Sulphur, Potassium, Phosphorus, Calcium, Boron and highly concentrated Iron, which is essential for the immune system, our neurotransmitters and hormones, for enzyme structure and blood formation. The coordination of the brain, nerves, muscles, as well as cell renewal and wound healing depend on this. Manganese is used for the construction of cartilage and intervertebral discs to counteract osteoporosis, especially in old age. The heart muscle is relaxed by Potassium, which together with Sodium also ensures a balanced acid-base balance in the body. Potassium also helps to metabolize carbohydrates. Calcium strengthens the bones and teeth and Phosphorus stimulates the energy metabolism. Calcium and Phosphorus also combat free radicals, have a balancing effect on the blood sugar level and strengthen the immune system. Boron is an indispensable trace element and mainly prevents prostate cancer and joint problems, also ensures cell regeneration and a well-functioning thyroid gland.
