General Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers and orders for products offered for sale on www.HappyNaturalNaturalHealing.com and www.HappyHealing.online.
Using an offer or placing an order through Happy Natural Healing implies that you accept our general terms and conditions of sale; hereinafter referred to as: Happy Healing
1. Offers:
All quotations by Happy Healing of numbers, specifications, and/or other indications of the Products are made with care. However, Happy Healing cannot guarantee that no deviations will occur in this respect.
2. Prices:
The prices stated for the products and services offered are in euros and include VAT.
3. Payments:
Payment of the products offered to Happy Healing is made via the payment methods offered: via credit card, transfer to our bank account, or a payment request via mobile app (POM or Tikkie).
4. Delivery conditions:
Your order will be shipped as soon as your payment is complete. The delivery time of the ordered product and is between 10 and 15 working days (not including holidays). The maximum delivery time for products in stock is 5 working days (not including holidays). Delivery is provided by the local postal service or parcel service with Track and Trace. Happy Healing is not responsible for errors made during transport.
5. Payment terms:
5.1 Full payment must be made in full before orders will be dispatched. This may also include special fees or billing charges, shipping taxes and more components that may be relevant.
5.2 Return Guarantee Products and Distance Selling (concerns physical products):
5.2.1 The Customer, exclusively in the capacity of home shopping consumer, has the right to return the delivered, but not put into use, products without giving any reason within 4 working days (cooling off period) after receipt to inform Happy Healing by email about returning the product. Happy Natural Healing will then refund to the Customer the received (purchase) sum within 30 days, under the following conditions:
5.2.2 No changes may have been made to or on the delivered goods and the delivered goods must be in an undamaged condition; all accompanying documentation and packaging materials must be added to the return shipment in their original condition.
5.2.3 The costs of postage of the return shipment are for the Buyer; with the exception here: if Products are not delivered according to the original order (wrong size, manufacturing error) then the return costs are for Happy Healing‘s account.
5.2.4 This return is otherwise a resolutive condition and not a buy-back scheme.
5.2.5 When exchanging an article Happy Healing is forced to charge shipping costs again. As soon as Happy Healing has received this amount in its account the order will be shipped. Of course, we aim to deliver within 5 working days.
6. Warranties and liability:
6.1 Nothing in this article shall limit or exclude any statutory warranty that it would be unlawful to limit or exclude. This site and all content on the site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Happy Healing expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, as to the availability, accuracy or completeness of the Content. Happy Healing does not warrant that:
– this site or our products will meet your requirements.
– this site will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free basis.
– the quality of any product or service you buy or obtain through this site will meet your expectations.
6.2 Nothing on this site is intended to be considered legal, financial or medical advice of any kind. If you need advice, you should consult an expert.
6.3 The following provisions of this article apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and shall not limit or exclude our liability in cases where this would be unlawful or prohibited. In no event shall we be liable for any direct or indirect damages (including loss of profits or revenues, loss of or damage to data, software or databases, loss of or damage to property or data) incurred by you or any third party arising out of your access to, or use of, this site.
6.4 Unless otherwise expressly provided in an additional contract, our maximum liability to you for all damages arising out of or in connection with the Site or products and services marketed or sold through the Site, regardless of the cause from which such liability would arise, shall be limited to the total price you paid to us to purchase such products or services or to use the Site. Such limitation will apply to all your claims of every kind and nature.
7. Liability and Indemnity:
7.1 You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, relating to your breach of these Terms and applicable laws, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights. You will promptly indemnify Happy Healing for our damages, losses, costs and expenses related to or arising from such claims.
7.2 Happy Healing shall not be liable for any damage to the Products other than in compliance with the relevant warranties given.
7.3 Happy Healing shall not be liable, either by law or under the Agreement, for so-called consequential damages suffered by the Client or any third party in respect of (the use of) the Products.
8. Force majeure:
Except for the obligation to pay a sum of money, no delay, commission or default by either party in performing or complying with any of its obligations under these terms and conditions shall be considered a breach of these terms and conditions if and for so long as such delay, commission or default results from a cause beyond the reasonable control of that party.
