See your body as a temple: pay attention to the E codes

Be frugal with your body and more conscious with what you buy in food. After all, it is not obvious that the manufacturers of edibles off the shelves have our best interests at heart, unfortunately.
I can so imagine that you will not walk through the shops armed with a magnifying glass, However, some vigilance is not unnecessary to say the least if you make yourself aware of the fact that many E-numbers are downright bad, if not carcinogenic to the body. For example, you could check your purchased products at home, so you can cross them off your list for next time.

Besides the E-numbers, I would like to mention: Wheat: this has been turned to a destructive toxic substance that you should avoid as much as possible. Besides, it can do harm to your Thyroid.

What are E-numbers?
E numbers are codes used to identify food additives that have been approved for use within the European Union (EU) and other countries that follow similar regulations. These codes are assigned by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
Food additives are substances added to food products to perform various functions such as enhancing flavor, improving texture, preserving freshness, and extending shelf life. These additives can include everything from coloring agents and preservatives to emulsifiers and stabilisers.

Toxic-e-numbers

List of the most harmful E-numbers
Dangerous additives of insect chitin (!): E102, E110, E120 (cochineal comes from crushed beetles); E124, E904 (Shellac, a type of natural resin, is also derived from bugs, only this time it comes from the secretions of female lac beetles).

Carcinogenic additives (can cause cancer) E102, E110, E123, E131, E142, E210, E211, E213, E214, E215, E216, E217, E330 (very toxic, such as in very famous and popular lemonades, pre-packed crabmeat, some pre-packed cheeses and canned mushrooms), E239, E605, E621.
NOTE: E123/ E110 is very carcinogenic. And please do NOT use products with E605: this is nerve toxin (guanylate and glutamate).

– intestinal disorder: E220, E221, E223, E224
– skin disorder: E230, E231, E232, E233
– Destruction of vitamin B12: E200
– sensitivity of nerves: E311, E312
– Bad for Cholesterol level: E320, E321
